About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi-outlet restaurant operations, drive business performance and ensure high standards of operational excellence and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets and brands

• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control to achieve business targets

• Develop strategies to drive sales, profitability and operational efficiency

• Plan and coordinate new outlet openings and expansion initiatives

• Establish and maintain SOPs, service standards, food safety and operational procedures

• Monitor service quality, handle customer feedback and implement corrective actions

• Lead, coach and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and service teams

• Optimise manpower deployment and operational resources across outlets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant F&B management experience, preferably in multi-outlet restaurant operations

• Proven experience managing multiple outlets / brands

• Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost management

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities

• Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards and food safety

• Experience in new outlet openings / expansion will be advantageous
