Operations Manager (QSR)

New opportunity for a QSR experienced Operations Manager with this established specialty quick service restaurant group based in Qatar.

About:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing & managing the day-to-day operations of multiple branches across Qatar. The role will include monitoring, guiding, & supporting Area Managers & Restaurant Managers ensuring operational excellence, consistency, profitability, customer satisfaction, & compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• GCC or Middle East preferred
• Proven experience in managing multi-unit restaurant, café, or food & beverage operations.
• Strong experience in leading & monitoring Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, or Branch Managers.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent operational standards across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, people-management, communication, & problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of operational performance management, cost control, customer experience, & quality standards.

Salary: QAR 16000 All-inclusive
