Operations Manager (Vietnam - HCM City)

Responsibilties:

Maintain Accuracy and Financial Integrity:

Comply with accounting standards and overseas revenue and creditor accruals, processing, and payments to ensure accuracy.


Encourage Performance and Productivity Tracking:

Throughout EC (Excellence Center) activities, maximise work rate, efficiency, and accuracy while maintaining real-time performance tracking.

In charge of EC operations and service provision:

Ensure the smooth execution of centrally located functions, such as vendor invoicing, documentation, work registration, assistance for contract logistics, and collaboration.


Supervise Third-Party BPO Operations

Oversee outsourcing partners (Cloudstaff in the Philippines, Infosys in India) to make sure they are in line with operational KPIs and business objectives.


Encourage Innovation and Constant Improvement

Increase EC performance and long-term scalability by utilising technology, automation, and AI-driven analytics.


The market to cover: Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, US etc


Requirements:

8- 12 years of logistics and freight forwarding experience with at least 3 - 6 years of experience in managing a team in Vietnam/international teams
