Operations Project Manager
Coordinate operations and projects across US and APAC time zones, manage business operations processes such as AP/AR tracking, FTE planning, and resourcing, own project plans end-to-end, align stakeholders, maintain documentation and dashboards, anticipate risks, and keep execution on track.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of coordination across US and APAC teams
- Manage AP/AR tracking, FTE planning, and resourcing needs
- Own project plans end-to-end, including timelines, risks, contingencies, and follow-ups
- Align stakeholders, summarize decisions, and circulate updates to reduce meeting load
- Drive operational readiness for major milestones by coordinating priorities and deliverables
- Maintain documentation and dashboards to provide leadership visibility into status and blockers
- Anticipate risks and propose contingency plans
- Foster a positive, professional, and proactive team environment
Requirements
- 4–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in operations, project management, or program management
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple time zones (US/APAC preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management and productivity tools such as Jira, Notion, and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Nice to have: background in finance, HR, vendor management, or compliance
- Nice to have: experience supporting leadership in fast-moving, high-growth companies
- Nice to have: familiarity with tech or blockchain environments
- Nice to have: exposure to PMO methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP training
