Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring operational efficiency, high service standards, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across assigned branches and ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor branch performance, sales, labor productivity, operational costs, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards.
- Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and operational teams.
- Set operational targets and follow up on KPIs and performance results.
- Analyze operational reports and implement corrective and improvement actions.
- Ensure proper staffing levels, scheduling, attendance, and workforce utilization.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, stock availability, and cost control.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure consistent customer experience and service quality across all branches.
- Handle operational escalations and resolve branch-level issues effectively.
- Support the opening and launch of new branches when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably within restaurants, food & beverage, retail, or multi-branch operations.
- Previous experience managing multiple branches or locations.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of operational KPIs and cost control.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, food safety, and quality standards is preferred.
