Operations Support Assistant

MAP is seeking an Operations Support Assistant to provide operational and field coordination support for mobile clinic activities across the West Bank. The role holder will support the effective coordination of schedules, venues, resources, logistics and field movements, working closely with Team Leads, community focal points and relevant departments to ensure smooth programme delivery. The postholder will also maintain operational follow-up and documentation and respond to emerging field and logistical requirements. A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel across the West Bank are required.

The ideal candidate should have a background in operations, logistics, programme coordination, or a related field, with experience in field operations, mobile team coordination, logistics, resource management and field movement planning. The candidate should have strong planning, organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure. Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside good MS Office, data management, documentation and reporting skills. In addition, fluency in Arabic and English is required.
