Responsibilities:
- Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional.
- Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.
- Related certifications in Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, or Absence Management are often highly valued for lead roles.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience.
- College degree preferred.
- SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing leadership.
- Solution design and governance; Cross-functional coordination with Benefits, Time & Labor, Finance, and HR.
- Payroll inbound and outbound integrations; Audit and reconciliation reporting.
* Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and Payroll flow patterns
* Advanced union experience, including tax and reconciliation experience
* Multi-platform implementations and experience in payroll and HR data governance
