This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, providing meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM
Two weeks of paid on-site training.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.
Document all communications in the CRM platform.
Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center, customer service, sales, appointment-setting, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the workday.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
- Ability to confidently ask for appointments and overcome common objections.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to accurately document patient interactions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
