Outlet Business Development Manager

Looking for an experienced and committed Outlet Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion and develop our new trendy Thai food concept.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and increase revenue.
• Plan and develop a new trendy concept featuring Thai beverages, desserts, salads, Thai snacks and popular Thai specialty.
• Design products and menus suitable for quick meals, takeaway, delivery, and catering based on market trends and customer demand; to attract the new generation and lunch crowd, as well as an relaxing evening treat.
• Manage budgeting, food costing, pricing, inventory, and cost control to maximise profitability.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain high food quality and service standards.
• Lead and train the operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant operations and culinary development.
• Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and menu development.
• Experience in budgeting, food costing, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Multilingual with good communication skills to serve the team and customers from different nationalities and backgrounds.
• Strong leadership, commitment, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple business functions.
