Outlet Manager

• Responsible for the daily operations of the outlet
• Regularly audit the compliance of the SOPs
• Maintain good hygiene and proper food handling
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness & safety
• Provide consistently outstanding service to the customers

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in similar or related field is preferred
• Good Knowledge of Food and Beverage
• Strong leadership skills and team motivator
• Willing to groom and train your team
• Good communication with the Ops Manager and the rest of the team
