Since 1994, Rasa Floors has grown into a leader in the multifamily flooring industry. We’re looking for driven Account Managers who want to build a territory, develop long-term customer relationships, and create a rewarding career in sales.
Whether you bring sales experience or transferable experience from construction, property management, building materials, or another customer-facing industry, we’re interested in people with the drive and ability to succeed.
Why Rasa
· $70,000 guaranteed first-year compensation — $55,000 fixed compensation + $15,000 guaranteed minimum commission

What You’ll Do
· Develop new business within an assigned territory
· Prospect through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
· Build relationships with property managers and other key decision-makers
· Conduct site visits and identify customer flooring needs
· Present solutions, develop proposals, and close business
· Grow existing accounts and recurring revenue
· Manage your pipeline and partner with internal teams to deliver strong customer experience
What We’re Looking For
· Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable prospecting for new business
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline
· Sales, business development, account management, construction, property management, building materials, or related experience preferred
· High-potential early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory
