Partner Development Manager- EPS ESI

• Develop and execute Partner Business Plans (PBP) with assigned ESI partners to drive AI & Cloud growth and transformation.
• Drive SI partners' revenue, pipeline, and co-sell outcomes across Azure, AIBS & Security and Copilot solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with partner executives and align joint business priorities and investments.
• Enable partners to develop AI, Cloud, and industry solutions that deliver customer success and business value.
• Accelerate partner capabilities through skilling, solution designations, specializations, and marketplace initiatives.
• Collaborate with Microsoft sales, technical, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and scale customer impact.
• Monitor business performance, governance, and key success metrics to ensure execution excellence and predictable growth.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, consulting, AI & cloud solutions, or enterprise technology sales.
• Good understanding of the Hong Kong AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation market preferred.
• Good collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive influence and deliver results across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud, AI, AIBS & Security, or enterprise technology solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
