Partner Development Manager

Job Description

As the Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing and scaling channel partnerships for Intella, focusing on creating sustainable growth through alliances with system integrators, distributors and resellers. You will enable partners to deliver Intella solutions at scale with the aim of generating qualified leads.

Requirements

Partners recruitment, onboarding & enablement

• Manage the relationship with existing regional channel partners, including day-to-day relationship management and establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Build new partnerships across the MEA region in alignment with Intella’s go-to-market strategy.
• Enable and train relevant partner stakeholders to be able to demo and generate business leads for Intella’s solutions.

Partners account management

• Build strong relationships with relevant partners’ stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Plan and execute joint go-to-market and customer acquisition activities with the partners, for both enterprise and SMB scale motions.
• Participate in the partner planning process focusing on mutual performance goals, revenue targets, and main milestones governing the success and profitability of the partnership.
• Build partner commercial constructs and ensure partner compliance with established agreements.

Through-partner pipeline generation

• Engage with the partner to generate a qualified leads pipeline of enterprise accounts.
• Act as a liaison between Intella’s enterprise sales team and channel partners, introducing qualified leads and ensuring robust communication between the partner and Intella sales team throughout the sales process.
• Design and manage through-partner SMB scale motions.

Job specification

• Previous experience in similar roles driving B2B channel sales for technology solutions.
• Previous experience driving scale motion through partners.
• 5 to 7 years of experience.
• MEA region – multi-country territory experience.
