Partnership Marketing Manager, Creators & Culture

Own the activation and growth of Polymarket's creator and cultural partnership ecosystem, spanning influencers, podcasters, entertainment platforms, and cultural tentpoles. Manage partner relationships, develop creative concepts, oversee production, build distribution strategies, identify opportunities, measure performance, and integrate creator content into broader campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with creator and cultural partners.
• Ensure deliverables are met, content is on-brand, and both parties receive value.
• Develop and champion creative concepts for culturally resonant partnership activations.
• Oversee partnership concepts from ideation through production.
• Build and own distribution strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Develop infrastructure and playbooks to maximize reach for each activation.
• Identify and pitch new creator and cultural partnership opportunities.
• Track impressions, engagement, referral traffic, and acquisition KPIs.
• Iterate creator activations based on performance results.
• Align with marketing, product, and communications teams to integrate creator content into broader campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships end-to-end.
• Fluency in content distribution across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and podcasts.
• Strong creative instincts and a track record of culturally native activations.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to work in ambiguity with a bias toward action.
• Prior experience at a creator platform, media company, or talent agency is a plus.
• Existing relationships in the creator, podcast, or entertainment space are a plus.
• Familiarity with prediction markets, crypto, or fintech audiences is a plus.
• Experience building creator programs or ambassador ecosystems from scratch is a plus.
