Partnerships Manager
About the Job
Our client, a digital bank, is seeking a Partnerships Manager to originate, structure and launch embedded-lending partnerships. This is a solutioning-led commercial role suited to a strong hunter and deal initiator who can identify partnership opportunities, develop tailored financing propositions and drive deals through to launch.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and originate partnerships with SaaS platforms, payment providers, marketplaces and other digital ecosystems
- Build and manage a pipeline of embedded-lending opportunities across Singapore and the region
- Develop tailored lending propositions based on partner needs, customer journeys and commercial potential
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate revenue-sharing arrangements, referral fees, service levels and partnership terms
- Structure embedded-finance use cases across working-capital loans, invoice financing, BNPL, payroll advances and merchant financing
- Monitor partnership performance, including origination volumes, conversion rates, portfolio quality and revenue contribution
- Expand existing partnerships through additional products, customer segments and go-to-market initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience across partnerships, business development or product within digital lending, embedded finance, fintech or banking
- Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to originate opportunities and initiate complex commercial deals
- Proven experience structuring, negotiating and launching partnerships with technology platforms, payment providers or ecosystem players
- Strong lending-domain knowledge across origination, underwriting, KYC/AML, disbursement, servicing and collections
- Strong solutioning capabilities with experience translating partner requirements into lending propositions and product integrations
- Familiarity with API-driven integrations and B2B2C platform models
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA
