Position: Inside Parts Sales Representative
Location: Fyda Freightliner – Youngstown, OH

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the expert customers turn to — over the counter, by phone, and via email — to find the parts they need.
- Recommend related items, share promotions, and help customers make informed choices.
- Coordinate orders with the warehouse to keep everything moving efficiently.
- Track backorders, locate hard-to-find parts, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
- Log lost sales and spot trends to help us improve.
- Stay current with training and product updates — because knowledge is power.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a great attitude, solid work ethic, and a desire to grow.
- Mechanical aptitude and computer skills are a must.
- Prior experience in truck or auto parts is a plus — but not required.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great with customers.
