Pathway Program & Marketing Executive
The Singapore Shooting Association (“SSA”) warmly invites energetic and forward-looking individuals with cheerful characters to apply for the Pathway Program &Marketing Executive position. The appointed is expected to:
· Report to Pathway Program Manager.
- Develop and execute SSA's marketing and publicity strategy for the Pathway Programme.
- Lead outreach initiatives to Primary Schools, including identifying schools, arranging meetings and delivering engaging presentations on laser shooting.
- Build long-term relationships with PE HODs, teachers, school leaders and community partners to encourage adoption of laser shooting programme as part of CCA in schools.
- Create and manage engaging digital content across SSA's social media platforms including reels, videos, posters and educational content.
- Plan and manage community engagement activities, public try-out events and outreach campaigns to attract children and parents.
- Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, school presentation decks, newsletters and promotional materials.
- Maintain communication with prospective participants and parents before enrolment and support recruitment campaigns.
- Identify strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that strengthen the pathway programme.
- Track marketing performance including outreach conversion, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the Programme Coordinator during pathway sessions when required, particularly during recruitment events, public engagement activities and programme operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Pathway Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS &REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Singapore citizenship or Singapore Permanent Residence (“SPR”)
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma, preferably in sports management, event management, communications or in related discipline
- Exudes a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the sport
- Experience in developing and implementing successful communication and promotional strategies
- Experience in community engagement setting is a plus
- Possess excellent verbal and written communications/ interpersonal skills
