Salary:

• N / O / A Level / NITEC: $10.50/hour
• Diploma: $13/hour

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
• Certain days may commence at 7:30am with corresponding earlier end time
• 44 hours per week

Job Scope:

• Schedule patient appointments
• Conduct appointment reminder and follow-up calls
• Provide pre-appointment instructions
• Coordinate referrals to specialist clinics
• Perform data collation and administrative duties
• Support programme operations and documentation

Requirements:

• N / O / A Level, NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
• Comfortable handling backend administrative duties and telephone follow-ups
• Able to commit until 31 March 2027
