Payments Partnerships Manager

Join Adyen's Payments Partnerships team in Sydney to grow and enhance card products and local payment methods, manage Australian and regional payment partners, lead strategic projects, support product development, drive merchant adoption, advise stakeholders on payment trends and regulations, and resolve partner escalations.

Responsibilities

• Drive payment partnership priorities and negotiate new initiatives.
• Manage Australian partners and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Secure incentives and troubleshoot issues with development and operations teams.
• Facilitate joint product development and co-marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic programs.
• Advise stakeholders on global payment trends, rules, and regulations.
• Support new product development.
• Manage escalations and ensure resolution with payment partners.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience managing accounts or partnerships in the cards payments sector.
• Deep knowledge of the payments landscape and emerging trends.
• Experience managing payment partners across Australia and New Zealand.
• Exceptional people skills and strong relationship-building ability.
• Ability to make data-driven recommendations and translate them into action.
• Comfort scoping and planning new implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work seamlessly with a global, multicultural team.
• Proven record managing complex initiatives and tracking their success.
