Payments Product Junior Manager (PH)

You will help the Product team make data-driven decisions and build and expand fiat payment offerings for users in the Philippines and beyond. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, internal teams, external partners, and clients while owning key operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings by integrating with payment providers and banks.
• Productize e-wallet, tokenized payments, and crypto-to-fiat solutions for external partners.
• Work with Engineering and Design to optimize payment user journeys and backend processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Own operational metrics such as payment conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to scale the business and manage operational efficiency.
• Assist external clients with API integration questions and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the Philippines banking, fintech, and payments landscape.
• Bachelor's degree or above; STEM, business, finance, or economics major preferred.
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails, including provider integrations, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity and entrepreneurial drive.
