PCS Investment Analyst Internship

Support the Private Capital Solutions function by coordinating borrower and corporate due diligence, following up with prospective investor lenders, uploading materials to deal data rooms, maintaining deal information on the online platform, preparing internal presentations and administrative materials, and arranging meetings and correspondence with clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate due diligence for prospective borrowers and corporates
• Follow up with prospective investor lenders on administrative and basic deal information
• Upload materials to and populate deal data rooms
• Maintain and update data and relevant information on the online platform
• Prepare internal presentations and administrative materials
• Arrange and reschedule client meetings
• Send follow-up and chaser emails
• Take notes during client meetings

Requirements

• Financial analysis proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong writing proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with startup culture
• Open-minded, curious, willing to learn, meticulous, and detail-oriented
