People & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.
- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and offboarding.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment and HR reports, dashboards, and people metrics to support decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with universities, professional networks, and external partners to strengthen the talent pipeline.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance management, employee relations, engagement, recognition, wellbeing initiatives, and offboarding.
- Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, analyze feedback, and support action planning to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
- Good understanding of HR best practices and Egyptian Labor Law.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proficiency HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
