People Operations Analyst
Support employee lifecycle processes, prepare payroll inputs, maintain employee records, administer benefits, manage People Service Desk requests, support employment documentation and compliance, update process documentation, coordinate with employees and partners, and contribute to process improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employment changes, leave administration, and offboarding
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and validating employee information and payroll inputs
- Maintain accurate employee records and information in People systems
- Support benefits administration and answer People-related questions
- Manage People Service Desk requests
- Assist with employment documentation and compliance activities
- Update process documentation and knowledge articles
- Coordinate with employees, managers, vendors, and external partners
- Contribute to People Operations projects and process improvements
- Learn about local employment practices
Requirements
- Interest in Human Resources, People Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and different systems
- Strong communication and collaborative approach
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Problem-solving skills and desire to continuously improve
- Fluency in English and the local language of the supported country
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, spreadsheets, and international payroll systems
