People Operations Associate
Maintain HR policies and employee records, onboard staff, process work permits, and serve as the people-related contact. Oversee office operations, facilities, budgets, procurement, travel, fleet, vendors, corporate events, trackers, and reports.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and administrative systems
- Onboard employees and integrate them into company culture
- Manage employee records, compensation, benefits, performance reviews, transfers, and terminations
- Process employee work permits
- Serve as the primary contact for people-related matters
- Oversee office operations, working conditions, and health and safety compliance
- Create monthly operational trackers and reports
- Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, inventory, cleaners, and security staff
- Coordinate travel, fleet, fuel, drivers, budgets, procurement, vendors, and corporate events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional training in business administration, HR, or a related field
- At least four years of experience in a similar role
- Experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Fluency in English and French
- Work authorization in Guinea
- Ability to work irregular hours
