Personal Support Specialist (PSS) – Day Shift | Competitive Pay & Benefits
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500 for qualified full-time PSS hires!
Applicants must be fully PSS certified at the time of hire to qualify. The bonus is paid in three installments: $500 after 60 days, $500 after 120 days, and $500 after 180 days of employment. Available to full-time hires only and forfeited if employment ends before 180 days.

Your Day as a PSS
Every day brings opportunities to connect with residents and make a meaningful difference. You'll:
- Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Help residents with everyday household and lifestyle tasks
- Assist with meal preparation and service when needed
- Answer resident call lights and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Encourage participation in activities and help residents remain engaged
- Record care provided and communicate important changes in resident status
- Treat every resident with patience, dignity, and respect
