Planning and Monitoring Manager
Main Responsibilities
Planning and Scheduling Operations: Prepare implementation plans and timelines for production, shipping, and on-site assembly for exhibitions and events.
Management of Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Review technical specifications and BOQ for all advertising and promotional works, as well as the necessary equipment.
Coordination and Operational Linkage: Ensure smooth integration between the procurement, warehousing, and production sectors to secure materials and avoid any operational disruptions.
Field Supervision and Quality: Monitor assembly and delivery operations on-site to ensure compliance with designs, uphold the highest quality standards, and maintain budgetary constraints.
Management of Risks and Solutions: Rapidly address logistical emergencies and provide contingency plans to ensure adherence to event opening timelines.
Skills
Experience: 5 - 7 years in planning advertising and promotional projects, executing decorations, and organizing events and exhibitions.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial / Architectural / Civil) or Business Administration (PMP certification is a plus).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQ.
- Extensive knowledge of construction and production materials (wood, printing, lighting, staging, metal structures).
Personal Skills:
- High ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Exceptional skills in crisis management, problem-solving, and leadership communication.
