Company Overview
NB is a local construction company in Singapore managing diverse projects including BTO, HIP, landed housing, condominiums, industrial buildings, car park upgrades, and government agency projects such as DSTA and MOE A&A.
Job Summary
You will oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure projects complete on time and within budget while coordinating with stakeholders and managing risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update master construction programmes and detailed schedules to guide project execution
- Track daily and weekly site progress to identify delays early and implement recovery plans to maintain project timelines
- Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and heavy equipment efficiently across all project phases to optimize resource utilization
- Communicate effectively with project directors, clients, consultants, quantity surveyors, and regulatory authorities such as BCA, MOM, NEA, and URA to ensure alignment and compliance
- Identify potential technical or timeline risks, propose engineering solutions, and support delay claims or contractual compliance to mitigate project risks
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Building
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience with local main contractors
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and building information modeling (BIM) tools like Revit or Navisworks
