PLANT MANAGER II - Automotive Glass

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and results of our OE Fabrication and Assembly manufacturing facility acting as both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to our automotive OEM customers. This role owns all aspects of plant performance — safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people — while building a culture of continuous improvement and disciplined operating rhythm consistent with lean manufacturing principles. The Plant Manager leads a unionized hourly workforce and a salaried staff, and serves as the primary site contact for customer, corporate, union, and community relationships.
