Plumbing Draftsman

To prepare accurate plumbing drawings, layouts, and details based on design specifications and site requirements, ensuring compliance with project standards, codes, and client expectations.

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for plumbing and drainage systems using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
• Interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical data to produce accurate layouts.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project specifications.
• Assist in preparing material take-offs and BOQs based on approved drawings.
• Maintain a systematic record of all revisions and updates to drawings.
• Coordinate with other MEP disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting) to avoid clashes.
• Support site execution teams with technical clarifications when required.
• Attend coordination and technical meetings as instructed.
