Location: Hybrid, Lisbon (2 days/week on-site)

Contract Type: Consulting assignment, with permanent internalisation opportunity after 6 months

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a PMO Consultant to join a key client project in Lisbon, working hybrid with 2 days per week on-site. This is a great entry point for someone who thrives on structure and precision - and who wants a clear, fast path to a permanent role: after 6 months, there's a real opportunity to internalise directly with the client.

What You'll Do

• Support project governance: tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and action items

• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports to give stakeholders a clear view of progress

• Coordinate communication flows between project teams and stakeholders

• Keep documentation organised, accurate, and easy to navigate

• Flag issues early and help the team stay ahead of them, not behind them

What You Bring

Languages

• French: B2/C1

• English: B2/C1

Hard Skills

• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Power BI at a basic to intermediate level - comfortable building and reading dashboards

Soft Skills

• Proactive and reactive: you anticipate problems, and you respond fast when they show up anyway

• Organised and rigorous: details don't slip past you

• Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the wider team

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with or within financial institutions is a strong plus
