Job description
Develop and implement revenue strategies for a portfolio of hotels (2 or 3 hotels).
Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
Supports the growth of revenue and net profit of the hotel through the revenue management tools.
Participates in the actions of the business plan to achieve revenue goals.
Coordinates promotions and merchandising opportunities.
Ensures the inventory is available to the specific markets at the right prices at the right time.
Effectively provides the service to all negotiated deals on the relevant channels.
Ensures rate competitiveness in room only and packages and ensures the Best Rate Guarantee concept is applied by controlling the distribution channels.
Analyzes weekly reports and communicates the trends to the sales, reservations, and front office team.
Participates in weekly strategy meetings to provide forecasts supporting major market trends.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, accounting, finance, mathematics, or business management preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years of reservations management experience is preferred
Minimum 2 years of revenue analytics/strategy (or equivalent) experience is highly preferred
Experience with Opera (PMS and S&C)
Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred
Additional information
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
