We are hiring Bilingual speakers for Customer service role at ttec to start immediately

Requirements:

Graduates only

Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience

Portuguese: B2 level or higher - English: B2 level or higher

Salaries and Work Conditions:

Portuguese - English: 42.2K gross

Location: Maadi Technology Park

Working Hours: 9-hour shifts (Rotational, 24/7 schedule)

Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week
