Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist (Chinese Speaker, Remote in Riyadh)

We are a Chinese AI technology company expanding into the Saudi and Middle East market. We’re looking for a Chinese-English bilingual Pre-Sales professional to help drive our local growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and understand local client needs to shape our product strategy.
- Design and present tailored AI solutions (including LLM-based applications) to potential clients.
- Lead product demonstrations and provide technical support to the sales team.
- Prepare bidding documents (RFPs) and support commercial negotiations.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with local clients.
Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Language: Fluent in Chinese and English (business level). Arabic is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or related roles, ideally within tech/AI/software.
- Technical: Familiar with AI, big data, and cloud technologies. Understanding of LLMs/AI agents is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills. Comfortable with remote work, occasional travel, and cross-time-zone coordination.
- Location: Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
