About This Role
The Principal Pricing Compliance Analyst reports directly to the Director, Pricing & Estimating, and will perform assigned compliance duties related to proposal preparation.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities – Pricing & Estimating
- Be the Focal Point for DCAA Estimating System Audit to ensure Textron meets all FAR/DAFRs pricing regulations
- Provide proposal development support ensuring submittal is RFP and FAR (when applicable) compliant
- Support proposal fact-finding and audits by helping with and reviewing TS responses to government and prime contractor inquiries
- Assist with ProPricer maintenance, configuration, and licensing tasks to ensure tool is updated, user accounts are accurate and systems settings are correct
- Miscellaneous Director-assigned actions – work special tasks and projects as needed
Job Responsibilities – Supply Chain Compliance Support
- Serve as the compliance lead for all material estimating activities within government proposal submissions.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Pricing teams to ensure material estimates adhere to FAR, DFARS, CAS, and internal policy requirements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at standardizing and strengthening material estimating workflows, documentation, and controls.
- Review material basis‐of‐estimate (BOE) packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain audit‑ready documentation supporting material pricing rationale, source selection, and estimate assumptions.
- Support proposal teams during fact‑finding, audits, and customer evaluations by providing defendable justification and traceable documentation.
- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and guidance documents that improve consistency and compliance of estimating practices.
- Train and coach personnel on proper documentation standards, compliant estimating techniques, and audit expectations.
- Monitor changes to regulatory requirements and support policy updates that impact material estimating and proposal development.
- Act as a liaison between Supply Chain, Pricing, Compliance, and Proposal teams to ensure alignment and timely communication throughout the proposal lifecycle.
