Run workshops, working groups and steering forums to secure decisions and commitments.
- Central inventory & evidencing: govern ingestion, validation and sign‑off of metadata and documented controls into the central metadata inventory; ensure traceability, completeness and regulator‑grade artefacts.
- Governance, risk & assurance: establish and run governance forums, RAID, decision logs, QA and remediation processes; provide escalation with recommended mitigations.
- Change & adoption: lead business‑facing change, training and communications to embed standardised documentation and control practices across markets.
- Reporting & analytics: design, build and refine Power BI progress‑monitoring dashboards (data modelling, DAX, ETL validation, automation) and produce consolidated metrics, heatmaps and regulatory readiness reports.
