Principal Product Manager
Drive innovation across United Talent Agency by defining and scaling platforms that support creative opportunities across film, television, and literature. Set the vision for modernizing core systems, own critical technology platform lifecycles, partner with senior leadership, guide UX/UI teams, manage roadmaps and KPIs, orchestrate major releases, monitor performance, represent products in executive forums, and mentor product managers.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision for modernizing and unifying core systems and drive a multi-year product roadmap
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for critical technology platforms and features
- Partner with senior product and engineering leadership to define foundational platforms and tools
- Provide data-driven product insights and strategic recommendations to influence technology investments
- Build partnerships with cross-functional leaders including agents, executives, operations, and engineering
- Lead high-impact client demos and internal walkthroughs
- Guide UX/UI teams in translating requirements into product flows and specifications
- Define and maintain epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own product backlogs, roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs
- Orchestrate cross-team execution for major releases while managing dependencies and risks
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, including bug triage, enhancements, and A/B tests
- Represent products in cross-functional and executive forums
- Mentor and elevate other product managers
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience owning complex products or platforms across the full development lifecycle
- Deep experience with data models, APIs, and integration patterns
- Experience leading large-scale data cleanup and migration initiatives
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile product management tools
- Strong command of agile methodologies and execution practices
- Experience in entertainment, media, or adjacent industries
- Strong technical aptitude for navigating complex systems and technologies
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Success driving high-impact initiatives in evolving or rapidly scaling organizations
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
