Principal / Staff Backend Engineer

As a driven, product-focused senior-level backend software engineer on the founding team, you will build a well-tested, feature-rich crypto trading experience using Golang, Python, GCP, and MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Build a well-tested, feature-rich crypto trading experience
• Develop with a modern backend technology stack using Golang, Python, GCP, and MongoDB
• Adhere to good code practices focused on readability, maintainability, and testing
• Take full ownership of meaningful projects

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of software engineering experience
• Working knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure and DevOps best practices, such as Heroku and GCP
• Comfortable with MongoDB for databasing
• High-agency and autodidactic with a founder mentality
• Crypto-native experience is a bonus
• Experience with TypeScript is a bonus
