Principle Solutions Architect
Analog is looking for a Principal Solution Architect to act as the technical authority for a large digital transformation program, setting technology direction, solution design, and architectural standards across every delivery team.
You will make sure every design decision holds up against security, data sovereignty, scalability, and integration requirements, and you will be the person clients, partners, and vendors turn to when they need a straight answer on the architecture.
What you’ll do
Architecture and Standards
- Set technology selection, solution design, and architectural standards across all delivery teams building on Hive.
- Own the platform's technical roadmap, and ensure it can scale with new customers, integrations, and use cases.
- Review designs for security, data sovereignty, scalability, and integration requirements before they reach production.
- Maintain architectural documentation and decision records that keep teams aligned as the platform grows.
Stakeholder Representation
- Represent the architecture to clients, partners, and third party vendors, translating technical decisions into terms that land with each audience.
- Support pursuits and proposals with credible technical positioning and solution design.
- Work with delivery and engineering leads to unblock technical dependencies and resolve design disdutes.
- Mentor senior engineers on architectural best practice, and raise the technical bar across teams.
- What you’ll bring
- Substantial experience as a principal or lead solution architect on a large, multi team platform.
- Deep technical fluency across cloud infrastructure, integration patterns, and platform security.
- Direct experience designing for data sovereignty and regulated environments, ideally defence or government.
- A track record of representing architecture credibly to clients, partners, and vendors.
- Strong judgment for balancing scalability, security, and delivery speed.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable moving between deep technical detail and executive summary.
