Process Manager (Special Process Manufacturing)
We are partnering with a leading global engineering and manufacturing organisation to look for an experienced Process Manager to lead special process and manufacturing engineering activities within its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead special processes including machining, NDT, plating, coating and related manufacturing activities.
- Drive Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership for process development, troubleshooting and capability enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory and customer requirements.
- Lead and develop engineering / production teams.
- Support equipment, facilities and process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Graduated with Bachelor Degree in related Engineering field.
- 10+ years' experience in special process manufacturing, with strong people management and leadership experience.
- Experience in MRO or advanced manufacturing preferred.
- Exposure to NDT, machining, electroplating, materials or process engineering.
- Comfortable working fully onsite in Singapore.
