This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and support for assisting in the procure-to-pay process between multiple resort locations and the corporate office.
  • Perform daily transactional tasks, including purchase order creation, requisition approvals, purchase order editing/correcting, blanket purchase order creation, order closing, triage receiving issues, and assisting with invoice research.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities meet business needs.
  • Provide internal customer support by understanding and addressing the unique procurement nuances by resort location.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Train internal teams on procurement processes, policies, and system usage, ensuring effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, identifying potential process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support managing Vendor/GPO relationships, including performance monitoring and ensuring timely response to issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and streamline processes between resort locations and corporate offices.
  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives as appropriate.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs across procurement operations.
  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement operations, supply chain management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to challenge established practices.
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
  • Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong general computing skills using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office software, including Excel
  • Comfortable public speaking and with conflict resolution

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
