Procurement
ElevenLabs is seeking a procurement professional to manage technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, infrastructure, contractor, agency, and services vendors while improving approvals, spend visibility, onboarding, renewals, contract workflows, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and vendor operations
- Improve commercial terms
- Create approval paths and increase spend visibility
- Manage vendor intake, approvals, contracts, and purchase orders
- Manage vendor onboarding and renewals
- Build procurement workflows
- Analyze vendor spend
- Support audit readiness
- Partner across Finance, Legal, Operations, Security, Engineering, Accounting, AP, GTM, and business owners
Requirements
- Strong procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or commercial operations experience in a technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, infrastructure, or high-growth environment
- Strong commercial judgment across usage-based pricing, SaaS contracts, cloud and infrastructure commitments, enterprise tooling, contractors, agencies, and professional services
- AI-native working style using AI tools for sourcing, vendor analysis, renewal tracking, contract review, reporting, documentation, and workflow design
- Ability to build procurement workflows for intake, approvals, contracts, purchase orders, onboarding, renewals, and spend reporting
- Ability to work across US and European time zones
- Experience with AI infrastructure, cloud spend, model or data vendors, usage-based software, or developer tooling is a bonus
- Experience with NetSuite, Zip, Coupa, Ariba, Ironclad, Ramp, or similar tools is a bonus
- Experience supporting audit-readiness, SOX-readiness, IPO-readiness, or global procurement operations is a bonus
