Requirements: * Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement management. * Proven experience in the chocolate and confectionery sector or related food industries. * Extensive knowledge of local and international raw material suppliers for chocolate and confectionery. * Strong negotiation and contract management skills to achieve the best prices while maintaining high quality standards. * Ability to manage inventory and plan for procurement and supply chains. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. * Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written. * Ability to relocate within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
