Procurement Manager (Ship Supply)

Create, refine, and implement new, better procurement strategies across all purchasing channels
Assess and improve our local spend operations while investigating and anticipating changes in global spend
Assign responsibilities and oversee the purchasing and procurement agents' work in all departments.
Handle every facet of the supply chain and inform the senior management group of any potential roadblocks to optimal performance.
Establish protocols and guidelines for gathering and disclosing critical data that will lower our overall costs while boosting output.
Conduct a cost analysis and establish suitable benchmarks.
Establish guidelines and protocols for managing and mitigating risks.
