Procurement Specialist
Manage infrastructure, equipment, software, service, marketing, and outsourcing procurement, including cloud, CDN, IDC, telecommunications, licenses, maintenance, messaging, identity verification, advertising, development, QA, security, consulting, and procurement planning.
Responsibilities
- Procure infrastructure services
- Procure cloud, CDN, IDC, telecommunications, and construction services
- Procure equipment and solutions
- Procure perpetual and subscription software licenses
- Procure hardware and software maintenance
- Procure messaging and identity verification services
- Manage marketing procurement and related contracts
- Manage outsourcing procurement for development, QA, design, engineering, operations, security, monitoring, translation, certification, and planning
- Perform procurement planning and related ongoing duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 9 to 12 years of procurement experience
- Procurement experience and related knowledge in the IT or finance industries
- Ability to establish procurement strategies and execute end-to-end procurement processes
- Strong document writing and reporting skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Communication skills for internal and external collaboration and negotiation
- CPSM certification
- Vendor or supplier sourcing and management experience
- Compliance response experience
- Multi-cloud experience
- Multi-CDN experience
- Overseas vendor communication skills
- Procurement experience in AI or blockchain
