Product Analyst

The Product Analyst is an entry-level professional role within our Product Management team, responsible for the administration of product management activities with exposure and responsibility across a broad range of internal stakeholders and clients. In this role, you will execute key administrative tasks in support of product management activities across the portfolio while growing your functional expertise within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

What you’ll do

  • Stakeholder Communications: Monitor key dates, progress, and checkpoints across cross-functional teams (including Technology, Data & Analytics, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal).

  • Collaboration Coordination: Coordinate internal and client meetings, distribute product documentation, and ensure seamless information flow between stakeholders.

  • Relationship Building: Incorporate stakeholder feedback to establish strong internal and customer relationships.

  • Performance Reporting: Manage the creation, maintenance, and distribution of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports tracking revenue, volume, and margin trends.

  • Data Synthesis: Gather and transform data into structured insights to support strategic decision-making and product lifecycle strategy.

  • Events Support: Provide market and solution details to support customer-facing events such as conferences, user groups, tradeshows, and webinars.

  • Event Planning: Coordinate administrative planning, logistics, resources, and work plans for customer events to ensure timely delivery.

  • Strategic Launch Support: Assist product managers in executing strategic product launches, coordinating cross-functional checklists, and tracking deliverables.

  • Market Requirements Support: Support product managers in gathering, compiling, and documenting pervasive market problems.

  • Persona & Scenario Assistance: Help draft user and buyer personas, use scenarios, and detailed product descriptions to provide context for feature design.

What experience you need

  • University degree (e.g., in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field) or equivalent work experience in fundamental business and analytical concepts.

  • Ability to analyze information, recognize relevant patterns, and draw logical, evidence-based conclusions in routine scenarios.

  • Proven capability to organise your own work plan, manage time efficiently, adhere to procedures, and meet project deadlines under general guidance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on active listening and incorporating diverse viewpoints.

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and openness to learning new products, processes, and work practices.

What could set you apart

  • General understanding of Agile development methodologies, project management principles, or product management frameworks (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing).

  • Practical experience or familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or collaboration software (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace, Tableau, Jira).
