Product Analyst
You will shape Vivid's products and services as a Product Analyst in the Anti-Financial Crime Team. You will build automated reporting systems, provide analytical support, improve anti-fraud products, evaluate feature launches, formulate and analyse A/B testing hypotheses, communicate with partners, track projects, and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a system of automated reports and tools
- Provide analytical support by checking hypotheses and extracting insights from data
- Identify user problems and behaviour patterns and propose solutions
- Develop new and enhanced anti-fraud rules and alerts
- Create quality metrics and evaluate results for new feature launches
- Formulate hypotheses for A/B testing and design and analyse results
- Communicate effectively with partners
- Track assigned projects' progress
- Collaborate with adjacent teams on cross-team solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in an analyst role
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of data visualisation tools, particularly Tableau
- Ability to identify business meaning behind data and communicate it clearly
- Upper intermediate level of English
- Applied probability theory and mathematical statistics knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Python for data analytics, including NumPy and Pandas, is a plus
- Experience in risk, compliance, or anti-fraud fields is a plus
