Product Delivery - Embedded Payments - Vice President
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and manage a seamless client onboarding experience capable of supporting the most sophisticated technology companies that operate in multiple jurisdictions around the globe
- Effectively manage Client relationships, often serving as the first point of contact for Product
- Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
- Monitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Transaction Banking / Payments experience
- 5+ years of managing client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure
- Knowledge of Payment Rails and Reporting Standards (e.g., CAMT, BAI, EDI)
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
- Undergraduate degree required
