Product Designer / Developer (Bags/Textile)
Summary
Develops bags and textile products from design sketches through to production samples, coordinating with factories on production progress and liaising with designers and merchandising teams on new product designs. Uses Photoshop/Illustrator and applies knowledge of fabrics, coating, and bag/outdoor wear design.

Responsibilities:
- Develop products from design sketches to samples.
- Communicate and follow up with factories about the production progress.
- Liaise with the designer and merchandising team about the new product designs.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Textile / Design or relevant fields.
- Over 3 years experience in the textile / bag industry.
- Experience in bags / outdoor wear.
- Good understanding of the design process involved.
- Good knowledge in fabrics, coating and bag designs is preferable.
- Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Well organized, able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
