Product Designer
Design Injective web products and decentralized applications across the full product lifecycle, shaping product strategy, collaborating with engineering and business teams, incorporating user feedback, maintaining design systems, and creating concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects across the product lifecycle and product launches
- Propagate a strong design practice
- Influence product strategy and product execution
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams on design challenges
- Incorporate user feedback into product design strategy and solutions
- Develop and maintain product design systems
- Produce concepts and prototypes
- Apply detailed design or low-fidelity sketches as appropriate
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Excellent Figma skills
- Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience building consumer-facing mobile and web products
- Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
- Experience developing and maintaining design systems
- Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to lead product design discovery
- Experience managing the end-to-end design process
- Information design experience
- UX design heuristics
- Graphic design
- Portfolio demonstrating design work
- Based in North/South America or Europe time zones
- Previous crypto experience is preferred
- Previous exchange experience is preferred
