Product Designer

Design and improve UI and UX for Lambda256 products and services, create user-centered screen designs and prototypes, collaborate across planning, development, and marketing, lead the overall product experience, and build and maintain a consistent design system.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve UI and UX for products and services
• Create user-centered screen designs and prototypes
• Lead the overall product user experience with planning, development, and marketing stakeholders
• Build and maintain a consistent design system and design language

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience
• Experience leading B2C or B2B projects from planning through launch
• Experience leading service development with multiple functions
• Experience using data and quantitative evidence to analyze problems and improve UX
• Ability to define core user problems and balance user experience, technical constraints, and business goals
• Experience designing, building, and operating consistent experiences based on a design system
• Proficiency with collaboration tools including Figma and Notion
